Wheelbase Extensions and Reductions

These modifications allow you to format your truck to specifically fit the requirement of each load. Wheelbase extensions and reductions are a regular occurrence especially when dealing with commercial trucks, which transport loads with different requirements regularly.

It is as simple as adding an overhang extension or a reduction/extension of the factory wheelbase. During the process of extending or reducing the wheelbase, we make sure we strictly follow the manufacturer guidelines and ensure that all the correct material requirements are met.

Chassis Extensions and Reductions

We have the ability to lengthen or shorten your chassis to best suit the loads you may be carrying. These modifications can not only increase or decrease the length of your vehicle, but it can also improve your handling and towing capacity. When doing a chassis extension we cut the chassis in half, this way the standard parts are unaffected, then we move the end section back and insert a custom made section between the two halves.
